Welcome to Palm Villa, your private island retreat in the heart of Anna Maria Island. Just a six-minute stroll from the beautiful Gulf beaches, this spacious three-bedroom, three-bath home offers the perfect blend of coastal comfort, tropical relaxation, and island convenience.

The open-concept living area welcomes you with soaring vaulted ceilings, comfortable coastal furnishings, and plenty of space for family and friends to gather. The fully equipped kitchen makes preparing meals a breeze, while multiple indoor and outdoor dining areas allow everyone to relax and enjoy island living.

Palm Villa comfortably accommodates up to six guests with two luxurious king suites and a queen guest bedroom, each with access to a full bathroom. The upstairs primary suite opens onto a private balcony where you can enjoy peaceful mornings or colorful Florida sunsets.

Step outside into your own tropical backyard oasis featuring a private heated pool, lush landscaping, outdoor dining, comfortable lounge seating, and a BBQ grill. Three outdoor decks provide the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, unwind with a good book, or simply listen to the rustling palm trees.

Thoughtful extras including complimentary Wi-Fi, Spectrum cable, Roku TV, beach chairs, beach wagon, coolers, pool toys, family games, books, DVDs, and baby equipment make packing light easy while creating a true home-away-from-home experience.

•     Residential Neighborhood – You are vacationing in a residential neighborhood. Please be respectful of our neighbors by keeping noise levels at a reasonable volume at all times. Excessive noise, disruptive behavior, or any activity that disturbs neighboring properties is strictly prohibited.
•     No Parties or Events – Parties, receptions, gatherings, and events are not permitted unless specifically approved in writing by Florida Dreams Realty.
•     Quiet Hours – 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
•     Occupancy – Maximum occupancy is 6 guests and is strictly enforced. Only registered guests listed on the reservation may occupy the property unless prior written approval has been obtained.
•     Minimum Age Requirement – Reservations are accepted only from guests 25 years of age or older. Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian staying at the property for the duration of the reservation.
•     Parking – Maximum of 3 vehicles permitted on the property.
•     No Smoking – Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the home.
•     Check-In – 4:00 PM
•     Check-Out – 10:00 AM
•     Rental Agreement Required – A signed Florida Dreams Realty Rental Agreement is required for all reservations.
•     Professionally Managed – This property is proudly managed by Florida Dreams Realty of Anna Maria Island, providing local service and support throughout your stay.

Cancellation Policy
•     More than 90 days prior to arrival: Refund of deposits paid less a $250 cancellation fee.
•     Less than 90 days prior to arrival: All deposits received are forfeited.
•     Less than 60 days prior to arrival: All monies paid toward the reservation are forfeited.
•     All cancellations must be submitted and confirmed in writing.
•     Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

"Our family of six had a really great time at Palm Villa. The location of the house was great! Only a 5 minute walk to the beach. The house is really cute and decorated in a pretty beachy theme. It was really spacious and clean and the beds were very comfortable. The pool was great too. The built in table was a nice touch and there were plenty of pool floats and noodles. The house had everything we needed for the beach (chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, floats, beach games/toys, and a wagon to pull all of it). The property management company was easy to work with. We had an issue with the pool filter come up and it was promptly addressed. This is our second time vacationing on Anna Maria Island and we absolutely loved our stay at Palm Villa.

Good House / Location

"This house is very nice, all the prior reviews are very accurate. It is a nice layout with three good size bedrooms and bathrooms. The pool is awesome at the end of the day, as the day goes on the pool gets more and more in the shade which is perfect after a long day at the beach.

Couple of notes:

1) The upstairs bedroom does not cool off very as well as the downstairs ones. Even with two fans running it felt warm upstairs. They should consider a wall unit AC for that room.

2) We unfortunately had some minor maintenance issues - and they were mostly resolved but when they happen during a vacation they are not fun. The fridge didn't cool off the first day, the Maintence guy did come and correct that. The last two days the smoke alarms starting chirping at 3 a.m. due to the batteries dying and the ceilings are quite high so no chance of replacing them yourselves - we called the first day and they came and changed one unit but the next night another unit went out.

The unit is about six blocks from the beach - not a bad walk - also be sure to read all the parking directions that are in the booklet. We parked in the driveway on a gravel area but the car was facing the opposite direction, so we now owe $75 - hard to believe that when you are parked within the property area that you would still get a ticket.

Overall the house and location are worth a solid 4 star rating - our issues made it a little less enjoyable. It is also note worthy that the management company was very responsive - some things are just not preventable, but they were great to deal with and replied to our inquiries immediately.

It is also good to familiarize yourself with the local laws while exploring AMI and parking in the direction of traffic is one of them. "We had a good time and house had everything we needed, but the appliances didn't work very well. The refrigerator was not cold enough. The dishwasher was difficult to get it to start. And the washer door you had to lift up on it to get it to close,and you could only wash small loads of clothes in it or it would stop and you would have to restart it.

"Palm Villa is a nice home in a great location. The property management company is friendly, helpful, and responsive to any needs. The house is in excellent condition and has a wonderful private heated pool. My only critical comment would be that the mattresses are not particularly comfortable and need to be replaced.

"This rental house was perfect and even better than we were expecting from the photos. Beautifully decorated, the beds were comfortable, and more than adequate space for our party of six. "Wonderful house layout, great walking distance to beach, beautiful backyard, LOVE the outdoor shower for the kiddos, awesome beach wagon with umbrella and chairs, etc. Cant wait to go back! The rental agency (Florida Dreams) is FABULOUS to work with! Super responsive, professional and pleasant! I left a few suggestions when we departed and hope the owners will take into consideration. We have traveled quite a bit and we very rarely ever complain but a nice little upgrade that I'm sure all guests would appreciate are new bedroom pillows. Other than that, which is very minor, the house was VERY accommodating!

"Great house. This is the second year we have stayed at Palm Villa. Great location....near beach, shops, and restaurants. House is equipped with everything you need and more. Pool is small but adequate if you’re not interested in swimming laps. The grandchildren loved the pool because there is a shelf at one end where they can be in the pool and play with their toys in the water. We’re going back in 2020!

"Spent 2 weeks at Palm Villa this time, still not long enough. This house is very clean and offers all the comforts of home. It is close to the beach and has all the beach equipment you would need, thank you. We really enjoy riding the bikes around the island. Had beautiful sunsets almost every day. The only negative is the linens and pillows. Both are getting really worn and need upgrading.

"The pictures of the home do no adequately show how beautiful the home truly is. It was very spacious with each bedroom having its own bathroom. We are going to be building a home in a couple years and we took a few ideas of how we want our home from this one. You can't go wrong by reserving this home. The only reason I gave it a 4 out of 5 stars was that we were suppose to stay till September 9 but Florida started issuing evacuations for the Tampa area, so we decided to leave on September 8. I had purchased insurance but found out it only insures if I had to cancel or delay the rental of the home. NO refunds if we were already there. So I called Florida Dreams Realty and asked if there was any discount we could receive for the last night since a Category 5 Hurricane was supposed to hit the area. They stated that NO discounts could be given because the owner doesn't allow it. I thought it would have been wonderful customer service on the part of the owner to at least give us a partial discount for the one night due to the rare circumstance. But I want to brag on the workers of Florida Dreams Realty. They are wonderful people to work with. Anytime I had a question they were very polite and receptive. Great group to rent from. I am so glad the area didn't get hit as hard as it was supposed to be.

"Beautiful home, includes everything you need in the kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms and beach (just dont forget to bring your own kleenex, toilet paper, garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, etc). Loved the outdoor shower for the kiddos. Really nice having a master bedroom upstairs for my husband and I. Beautiful walk to the beach (about 4-5 minutes with a 4 & 8 yr old). "What a beautiful way to spend time on Anna Maria Island. This house exceed my expectations. We were 3 couples and the accommodations couldn't have been better. Each bedroom had its own ensuite and the house was spotless. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The picture of the dining table was a concern I had before renting this property because it looked like it only seated 4. When I called management they told me that the table had a drop leaf and there were 2 extra chairs in the house so that 6 of us were seated comfortablely. The outside pool area is very private and the landscaping was beautiful. Pool was well heated and much time was spent just relaxing around it. The house is located near enough to the beach so that with the help of the caddy provided with chairs we enjoyed the walks. We would have booked for same time next year, but it was already booked. Will definitely get back there some day soon, this is a beautiful property.

"We really enjoyed our stay in Palm Villa. I have rented many homes and this is right up there with being a favorite. It is very well maintained, well stocked and very nicely furnished. It was our friends first time to the Island and renting a home for the week. They loved it too. The only negative is the pillows and mattress in the lower master need replacing. The pillows for the other bedrooms are in rough shape, there is nothing left to them. My friend and I had terrible shoulder and neck pain from the pillows. Please replace the pillows and the master mattress.

Another big plus about Palm Villa is the location, close to the beach, beautiful pool, bikes and beach chairs. Thank you.

"Palm Villa was outstanding. The home was spotless when we arrived and had everything one could think of to make a vacation amazing. With the beautiful backyard, we had a hard time leaving the house. It was like our own piece of heaven. The way the house is situated, each of the 3 couples had privacy and space. Would definitely rent this home again.

Our Most Relaxing Christmas Ever!

"Palm Villa provided a relaxing, clean, private spot to spend two weeks in Florida over Christmas. The pool and backyard was extremely private. It was like being in a tropical island. One note, the pool is not heated. You need to arrange to have it heated and pay additional. We were provided with all the necessary information. The beds were extremely comfortable. The washer and dryer is better than the one I have at home. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything you need for cooking.

"We were a party of 5 ladies from the UK renting for a week's golf and beach vacation
This house was perfect. Excellent location just 5 minutes walk from the beach. Great golf on the mainland although renting 4 sets of ladies clubs proved challenging!
The house was immaculate and well equipped with almost everything you could hope for to make it a home from home including a little welcome pack. The beds were large and very comfortable. Cable TV including Premier League and Bundesliga football as well as On Demand TV included. Big bonus for sports fans. Great walk-in showers and closets. Great pool and facilities. Lots of extras for a beach holiday like bikes, a beach trolley, umbrellas and noodles. The only thing missing was a bottle opener for our wine!
We downloaded the app and found this very helpful with local info as were the management company. If you like great food, try the Sandbar and Eat Here in Holmes Beach.
I have stayed many times on the island and this was one of the best rentals I have stayed in. Would definitely rent again.

Palm Villa is a Perfect Cottage!

"Located on a quiet street, this place has all the amenities to make your stay fabulous. I love the beachy décor - it looks just like the pictures and is well-maintained. The pool is private w/ beautiful, tropical landscaping. It's a short walk to the beach and the garage is stocked with beach supplies (cart, chairs, umbrellas, boogie board, etc). Palm Villa also has 5 cruiser bikes which makes it easy to get around to our favorite spots (Sandbar, Pier, Rod & Reel, Donut Experiment and the beach). The kitchen is fully stocked and the beds are comfortable. It's our little paradise!

"My family including my husband and 4 year old son loved our stay at the Palm Villa Cottage! The house looked exactly as pictured and beautifully decorated. The location was about 2 blocks up from the beach (5 min walk) and the place had everything you needed included all the pool and beach stuff. The pool itself was very private and shaded with exotic plants and palm trees - it felt like you were at your own private resort which was exactly what we were going for. The beds were really comfortable and we loved the fact that every bedroom had a huge ensuite! We would definitely stay here again!

"We had a wonderful stay at Palm Villa cottage. The house was very clean, is very well maintained, wonderfully decorated and very well equipped with everything you may think of. Even beach supply and bikes to ride the Island were provided. We enjoyed the pool, the nicely decorated rooms - just everything in this great cottage. Beach, shopping, restaurants, trolley - everything was in easy reach. We definitely recommend Palm Villa to any guests coming to this wonderful Island. The rental company was very professional and helpful in any aspect. Just a great experience!
