Welcome to Sunbreeze, your tropical island escape where comfort, relaxation, and coastal charm come together. Ideally located within walking distance of Anna Maria Island's beautiful beaches, local restaurants, shops, and entertainment, this inviting home is the perfect place to create unforgettable vacation memories.

Inside, you'll find warm hardwood and tile flooring throughout, spacious gathering areas, and bright natural light that fills every room. The primary suite features a king-size bed, a luxurious ensuite bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower, and private access to the backyard deck and heated saltwater pool.

Upstairs, guests will find a second king bedroom along with a third bedroom featuring two full-size beds, providing comfortable accommodations for families and friends. Step outside to enjoy multiple outdoor living spaces, including front and back decks surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. Whether you're swimming in the heated saltwater pool, relaxing with your morning coffee, or unwinding after a day at the beach, Sunbreeze offers the perfect island retreat.

House Rules & Important Information
•     Residential Neighborhood – You are vacationing in a residential neighborhood. Please be respectful of our neighbors by keeping noise levels at a reasonable volume at all times. Excessive noise, disruptive behavior, or any activity that disturbs neighboring properties is strictly prohibited.
•     No Parties or Events – Parties, receptions, gatherings, and events are not permitted unless specifically approved in writing by Florida Dreams Realty.
•     Quiet Hours – 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
•     Occupancy – Only registered guests listed on the reservation may occupy the property unless prior written approval has been obtained.
•     Minimum Age Requirement – Reservations are accepted only from guests 25 years of age or older. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian staying at the property for the duration of the reservation.
•     Parking – Maximum of 3 vehicles permitted on the property.
•     No Smoking – Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the home.
•     Check-In – 4:00 PM
•     Check-Out – 10:00 AM
•     Rental Agreement Required – A signed Florida Dreams Realty Rental Agreement is required for all reservations.
•     Professionally Managed – This property is proudly managed by Florida Dreams Realty of Anna Maria Island.

Cancellation Policy
•     More than 90 days prior to arrival: Refund of deposits paid less a $250 cancellation fee.
•     Less than 90 days prior to arrival: All deposits received are forfeited.
•     Less than 60 days prior to arrival: All monies paid toward the reservation are forfeited.
•     All cancellations must be submitted and confirmed in writing.
•     Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

"House was very clean and convenient to many locations. Only downside was having to clean the pool to remove debris from the wind/trees in the back. Pool stays shady the majority of the afternoon. No biggies still had fun!

Spring Break 2026 at Sunbreeze

"We had a wonderful stay the first week of April 2026 at Sunbreeze. The place was so spacious and clean. The cart and beach chairs were a helpful bonus. The walk to the beach was about 5 minutes, and the beach was not overly crowded. We loved Ugly Grouper just down the street, and the trolley stop is a couple of minutes walk from the house. Thank you for a great stay! We would definitely come back.

Fabulous Florida Vacation

"Sunbreeze is a beautiful home. It was clean and had all the kitchen appliances that we needed. Beach towels, chairs, toys for the kids were provided. The pool was just perfect and the beaches are amazing. We definitely will come back to Florida for another family vacation and will book this same property.

"Sunbreeze is located in the heart of Holmes Beach. The home was perfect for us and our company. We actually used one bedroom as an office. Convenient to shopping and restaurants but not noisy at all.

Beautiful property, fantastic location

"A beautiful spacious property. We particularly enjoyed the screened front deck (with a much welcomed fan!) which was great for morning coffee and drinks in the evening. House was very well furnished, clean and well appointed. The pool was great for cooling off and the pool furniture was good quality and comfortable. The location is great and close to a few good restaurants (Hurricane Hanks!) and bars and also handy for the free trolley bus (which has a ‘real-time’ tracker app which is so helpful. It’s a short walk to the beach. I would highly recommend Sunbreeze! The staff at FDR couldn’t be better.. helpful, attentive and friendly. Have used them before for our holidays to AMI and will use them again!

"Our second year in their Sunbreeze rental. It is a Florida dream. The house is perfect....location,the size,condition and so neat and clean.The staff at Florida Dreams are the best,professional but they make you feel like family.Folks I recommend Florida Dreams for your vacation rental needs . For sure I recommend the Sunbrezze for your next vacation on Anna Maria,just not in January I have that booked again for the third year. Tried to keep the island a secret when we first came over 40 years ago. But not sharing paradise would just be wrong. Come to the island and let Florida Dreams Realty make your dreams come true

"Comfortable for 6 adults with spacious bedrooms. Nice pool area, but it didn’t get a lot of sun. Beach access is a bit of a hike but doable. Close to restaurants, bars & the trolley stop.

"I could go on about this home for days. But one word will do PERFECT! From the very beginning with Florida Dreams Realty their name fits. The staff was so nice and helpful. Misty made the rental process an ease. House is so nice, beds comfortable, pool is amazing,front porch perfect for having a drink in the evening and the location the best. The pictures do not lie. I would highly recommend this property...but sorry guys we already rebooked for the month of January 2024. If you are looking for rentals on the island give Florida Dreams a try the deposit required is way lower than any one else. We have found our forever winter home with Florida Dreams. Thanks to all of you for making January 2023 the best so far.

"The property was great! We had an amazing time and have already rebooked for August! The rental company was easy to communicate with and responded quickly when the master bathroom shower was draining slowly, literally the next morning! Couldn't ask for better service! The house is a quick walk from the beach and from a few shops and restaurants. Great location! Love the beach wagon but the beach chairs are not great, you may want to bring your own. See you in August!

"Good location in that is was close enough to walk to stores and restaurants.and the beach was only a couple blocks away. The neighbors were a little noisy with a barking dog a couple houses away and kids in a pool nearby but I am glad they were having fun! The pool and landscaping was very nice.

"We had a great stay at Sunbreeze. It is in a great location, walkable to shops, restaurants and most importantly the beach.
The house is very nice, the kitchen is very well equipped for preparing meals. The pool area is beautiful and very sheltered from the wind, so we could enjoy it even on windy days.
We had one small issue with the coffee maker the first day, Florida Dreams was very responsive and supplied a new coffee maker the same day.
All in all a great property!

"We stayed here a month and I can't even describe how much we appreciated this home. Everything was so clean and perfect. We loved the pool - it was well cleaned and we used it every single day. I also loved the screened-in front porch...with the overhead fan it was a very comfortable space. The kitchen was also nice and well stocked. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

"My husband and our NY friends stayed for a long weekend and we throughly enjoyed the home. We were pleasantly surprised to see the screened in porch. This made sitting outdoors in Fl bearable with all the mosquitos (I tend to get bitten up). The house was very clean and functional. The pool was great, it could have used more direct sunshine but unfortunately the layout of the home prevented that and that was our only gripe. There was a beach access very close and we spent most of our time there.

"This rental was super clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The location was close to popular restaurants. We loved having a washer and dryer and there were plenty of bath towels as well as nice beach towels. The pool was very nice, and warm but still refreshing. We loved it and recommend this rental for a couple plus a family of 4.

"We had a wonderful stay. Very close to restaurant, bars and specialty shops. We walked to dinner every night with excellent different choice all close. The beach was about 4 blocks which was not a problem for us at all. We just loaded up the wagon with the cooler and chairs provided and made our way the for each afternoon. The pool was perfect for us as my granddaughter was just 15 months and the ocean was too much and too cold for her. Overall an excellent vacation.

"We were very pleased with the house and everything in it. Kitchen was well stocked - just needed a cookie sheet and measuring spoons. We would stay again. Appreciate owners sharing their home with us. Never had to call management company. Enjoyed not having to pick up keys. Thought House was clean and in very good condition only exception is wood floors needed a real mopping not just a swifter or whatever is used. Would rent again.
