Description
Welcome to Egret's Landing, a charming island retreat designed for making unforgettable Anna Maria Island memories. Just a short walk from the island's famous sugar-white beaches, this beautifully appointed home offers the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and family-friendly amenities.

Spend your days soaking up the Florida sunshine at the beach, then return home to cool off in your private heated pool or enjoy dinner fresh off the gas grill. With plenty of indoor and outdoor space to gather, Egret's Landing is ideal for families and small groups looking to experience the relaxed island lifestyle.

Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, complimentary Wi‑Fi, HDTV, washer and dryer, and comfortable accommodations throughout. The home features two king bedrooms, one queen bedroom, and a bonus bunk room perfect for younger guests. The spacious primary bathroom includes double sinks and a walk-in shower.

For beach days, a beach cart, chairs, and beach towels are provided. When you're ready to explore, hop aboard the free Island Trolley and discover local restaurants, boutiques, and attractions throughout Anna Maria Island.

•     Residential Neighborhood – You are vacationing in a residential neighborhood. Please be respectful of our neighbors by keeping noise levels at a reasonable volume at all times. Excessive noise, disruptive behavior, or any activity that disturbs neighboring properties is strictly prohibited.
•     No Parties or Events – Parties, receptions, gatherings, and events are not permitted unless specifically approved in writing by Florida Dreams Realty.
•     Quiet Hours – 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
•     Occupancy – Only registered guests listed on the reservation may occupy the property unless prior written approval has been obtained.
•     Minimum Age Requirement – Reservations are accepted only from guests 25 years of age or older. Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian staying at the property for the duration of the reservation.
•     Parking – Maximum of 3 vehicles permitted on the property.
•     No Smoking – Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the home.
•     Check-In – 4:00 PM
•     Check-Out – 10:00 AM
•     Rental Agreement Required – A signed Florida Dreams Realty Rental Agreement is required for all reservations.
•     Professionally Managed – This property is proudly managed by Florida Dreams Realty of Anna Maria Island, providing local service and support throughout your stay.

Cancellation Policy
•     More than 90 days prior to arrival: Refund of deposits paid less a $250 cancellation fee.
•     Less than 90 days prior to arrival: All deposits received are forfeited.
•     Less than 60 days prior to arrival: All monies paid toward the reservation are forfeited.
•     All cancellations must be submitted and confirmed in writing.
•     Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

"We loved our stay at Egrets Landing. Very clean, close to the beach, comfortable beads and a great pool. This house even had great beach chairs and we didn’t feel the need to buy or rent any (when we usually do). I’m always happy to rent from FL dreams, even when there is a slight issue they seem to solve it quickly. This house will definitely be on our list as a potential return stay in the future.

"We travel every March to AMI. This rental offered everything we expect for a vacation. It was clean, with modern cabinets and appliances. The bedrooms were large with excellent lighting. The pool met our needs and those of our visiting family. The pool deck housed a four bench large table with umbrella as well as a smaller in-pool table. All beach equipment was available. There was parking space for three cars. Air conditioning worked perfectly. The house was filled with light. The management responded quickly to any request. We want to rent again.

"Great little place in great location. Very clean. Nice open living area and comfortable bedrooms. Kitchen could have used a few more baking pans and utensils but we made do. Great pool with a tiny pool deck with an area afternoon sun (in February). Had an issue with the hot water heater but the management company did a great job working to resolve it as quickly as possible. Would definitely rent this usit and use this company again.

"We had a great time as a family on Anna Maria Island! The house was great, beds were very comfortable and the house was overall clean. The walls in the bunk area could use a cleaning and the guest bedroom with the king bed could use a new fitted sheet. The Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. It was really nice to have beach chairs, a beach wagon! Our kids loved the pool and it was really nice to be able to see them swimming from the kitchen and living room.

"Great location and the layout of the home is great, it’s very spacious. We loved the pool but there had been a lot of rain related to tropical storm so there were many mosquitoes, so we couldn’t enjoy as much as we would have liked. There were floats and chairs for the pool and we rented chairs to take to the beach. The kitchen was nice but missing items such as a cookie sheet and hand mixer. Overall we loved our stay and would definitely stay here again!

"Egret's Landing was extremely comfortable and clean with 2 large bedrooms and one large master bath. We especially loved the shower and double sink. The shower had great water pressure. The smaller bathroom was nice as well. All beds were very comfortable and there were extra blankets and bedding if needed. The kitchen was stocked very well with all the pots, pans, dishes, utensils you could want. The pool area was nice but smaller than we had hoped. We were used to a larger pool deck area in another house we rented. That said, it was adequate. The table and bench need to be replaced. It was heavy, awkward and large. There was no lounge chair available but the management company supplied one. They were great. The pool was cold and they sent someone out immediately to fix it. I was very impressed with their responsiveness. The house was a little further from the beach than what we were used to also. Overall, the house was very, very nice, the pool area was smaller than we had wanted, but that is just preference. We would definitely rent it again. The house was just as pictured. We loved being close to the beach and within walking distance of Pine Street!

"Egret's Landing was the perfect place for out fall getaway. Plenty of room for adult guests and kids. Loved the "bunk" room. We didn't need it but what a great option for people travelling with kids to young adults. Had a little trouble with the front door lock but that may have been human error. Other than that, it was perfect!

"Nice clean house. Laid out and stocked well with all you need. Pool is small but refreshing. The only surprise to us was it is not a stand alone house. It is part of a double. Other than hearing the other family out by the pool, we wouldn’t have known it. But we didn’t think that was very upfront. Over all it was exactly what we needed. Would definitely go back! Beach was close enough to walk. And we loved the sunsets!

We would stay there again. 1 minor issue, the beach umbrella was broken when we opened it up at the beach our 1st day. We didn’t get a replacement. Called management office they said the would handle it. Wasn’t replaced while we were there.(4days. Not a huge deal but definitely could of used 1 for some shade at beach, Florida sun sneaks up on you when your a northerner..

"We absolutely loved our stay at Egrets Landing it was clean and very spacious. The pool was very nice. It was just a short walk to the beach and had a wagon for pulling our stuff. We did have an issue with our propane tank. Someone took our full one and left us an empty. Though that was pretty rude. We called the office and they replaced it rite away. All in all it was a great stay. I would recommend this property. We would have booked it again but we will have more people next year.

"We loved our stay at Egret’s Landing! It was in a great spot. We walked and rode our bikes from there daily and had easy access to the beach. It was quiet and very private. "Everything was as expected! All rooms were large and the bathrooms were stocked full of towels. The kitchen had everything we could need and they provided tons of beach towels and equipment. It's a perfect 2 block walk to A beautiful beach where we got to see baby sea turtles hatch the first night and super close to many gas stations cute shops and publix.

"We had a wonderful time at Egrets Landing on Holmes beach! The house wa perfect for our family. It was spotless and well maintained. We had everything we needed there, the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans and utensils. The beds were very comfortable. The pool was small but was enough room for us to cool off in. We were a very short walk to the beach and loved going down each night for the sunsets, which were beautiful this year! The free trolley pickup was on the corner and was a great way to travel the island! My family LOVES AMI and we will definitely be back and we will definitely look into Egrets Landing!!

"A beautiful duplex with plenty of room, a nice kitchen great room, a a very comfortable master suite. The grandkids loved the heated pool as we did. We used the grill several times and it worked fine. The neighborhood is quiet and the walk to the beach is short. We highly recommend this place.

Nice super clean semi detached house

"We stayed from JAN 27 to Feb 1 2018.
We had some initial problems with the booking site but it was all cleared up with the help of the team at AMI. We arrived and were granted a two hour early arrival . The home was spotless and the back yard was clean. The wind had been blowing and as this is not a covered pool there was some small tree branches in the pool. It was not an issue as the water was clean and the temperature was a perfect 90 deg. Our evenings were cool so we really enjoyed the oools ability to maintain a warm temp.
We were very happy with the kitchen equipment, the quality of the bedding and the layout of the home. We were only two and found the pool to be a great size. For a larger group it may be a little small but we liked it 100%.
All instructions were well formatted and our overall impression of the semidetached home was excellent.

"My family and I recently stayed at Egret's Landing and loved the house. The house is well decorated and furnished. The location is prefect. It is only a short walk to the beach and there is use of a beach cart to carry all your items to and from. The pool is nice, although seemed crowded with more than 2 in it at a time. We did have a major problem our first night at the house and I am not sure if I would rent though Florida Dreams again because of it. We arrived at 10:00pm with a car load full of groceries. The door code we were given was incorrect. We called the emergency number a number of times and no one answered or called us back that night. Luckily we were able to find another way into the house. The next day, close to lunch time, I finally received a call from the management company. He indicated that he had sent the correct door code in an email a few weeks earlier. He was very insistent on letting me know the date and time he sent it. After our call I checked my email. I did not have that e-mail from him, but I did have an email sent nearly a week after the one he was talking about, and it also had the wrong door code. They also sent a link to download their app. The app had the wrong code as well. Not sure what is going on, but clearly they need better communication.

Angela, thank you for this. Yes, it was unfortunate, however, we were never insistent but confident that we did it right since we never had this issue. We experience a lot of things when people say they do not have this or that and then it turns out they were not paying attention to emails and other communication means. Out of several hundred bookings you may have one issue like this. We sincerely apologize and hope you will shop with us again.

"This is a beautiful home much better in person then the pictures. There was apparently an ant infestation at the home. So many the corner of the wall was covered black full of ant. The manager didn't this this was an issue even with us not being able to sleep in the room cause ants were falling from the celing. Eventually sent someone out but with 1 day left the ants were still apart of our stay. Had to beg and threaten for a partial refund and was told it wa not something they agreed with but gave it anyways.

Sorry Melanie, but your comment is not correct, and it is not fair.-We were notified Friday evening at 10.45pm that there were ants. Saturday morning first thing we did was to organise a pest control company to come out. Our normal vendors were not available so we organised an emergeny company out of Tampa. They came by after 2pm and were treating the home. This is Florida, and it can happen anywhere and anytime. We said we would give a partial refund but would need to check back with the owner. It's not fait to say you had to threaten. We now somehow regret we did that partial refund. No mention from Melanie that we gave them an early check-in, and that they apparently had seven or eight people in the house instead of six which is against the local law. Just be fair, Melanie, just fair.

Great House in in Holmes Beach

"This was a great house for a small family reunion. Plenty of room for everyone, an easy walk to the beach, short drive to shops and restaurants and we all loved the pool. The AC went out our last day there, but the management company had a repairman there within a few hours and it was all fixed up. I recommend this house.

"Arrived after a very long drive from the east coast to a lovely little oasis on the west coast. The sunset was perfect, the weather was beautiful and the house was great. It has everything you need to make the trip easy. The cart for the beach is well stocked with all the toys, chairs and umbrella for a day at the beach. The rooms were all nicely decorated, large and clean. The pool area was great, just enough shade in the morning and evening, and a great big walk in area to cool off. A great time was had by all.

"We stayed in Egret's Landing this past week Jun 11-18th and it was everything we had hoped it would be. We arrived on Sunday, unfortunately with a very ill 2 yo in tow and management did everything they could to accommodate us. The property was clean, perfectly decorated and had almost all the necessities. The only think I can think of is that a broom would have been nice to have. The pool was perfect, the couple block walk to the beach was perfect, the beds were perfect (and comfortable!). I would 100% stay here again. Thanks for the amazing experience!

"This is our second rental house in Anna Maria Island. The house was in excellent condition; very clean and plenty of room. We are a family of 5 and had extra room when you factor the bunk bed room (great use of space!). It was not far to the beach at all! I accidently left my wedding band in the dresser and the property management was quick to go to the house and retrieve it and had it sent to my home. VERY VERY thankful! Only suggestion would be a wheeled beach cart/wagon to have on hand for guests to wheel their beach items.
