Welcome to Isle Haven B, a charming beach retreat where classic Anna Maria Island charm meets modern comfort. This inviting 2-bedroom, 2-bath duplex is the perfect place to relax, reconnect, and create lasting island memories.

The thoughtfully designed layout features a king primary suite and a second bedroom with a queen bed and bunk bed, making it ideal for families, couples, or friends traveling together. The fully equipped kitchen, complimentary Wi-Fi, comfortable living spaces, and all the comforts of home make every stay easy and enjoyable.

Spend your days walking to the beautiful Gulf beaches, exploring local restaurants and boutiques, or hopping aboard the free Island Trolley to discover everything Anna Maria Island has to offer. Beach chairs, towels, linens, cookware, and other essentials are all provided, so all you need to bring is your suitcase.

Traveling with a larger group? Florida Dreams Realty also manages neighboring Isle Haven A. Rent both homes together to enjoy additional space while staying side by side.

House Rules & Important Information
•     Residential Neighborhood – You are vacationing in a residential neighborhood. Please be respectful of our neighbors by keeping noise levels at a reasonable volume at all times. Excessive noise, disruptive behavior, or any activity that disturbs neighboring properties is strictly prohibited.
•     No Parties or Events – Parties, receptions, gatherings, and events are not permitted unless specifically approved in writing by Florida Dreams Realty.
•     Quiet Hours – 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
•     Occupancy – Only registered guests listed on the reservation may occupy the property unless prior written approval has been obtained.
•     Minimum Age Requirement – Reservations are accepted only from guests 25 years of age or older. Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian staying at the property for the duration of the reservation.
•     Parking – Maximum of 2 vehicles permitted on the property.
•     Pet Policy – Dogs up to 40 lbs. welcome. Pet fee is $200 per pet plus applicable taxes. Maximum of 2 pets unless otherwise approved by Florida Dreams Realty.
•     No Smoking – Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the home.
•     Check-In – 4:00 PM
•     Check-Out – 10:00 AM
•     Rental Agreement Required – A signed Florida Dreams Realty Rental Agreement is required for all reservations.
•     Professionally Managed – This property is proudly managed by Florida Dreams Realty of Anna Maria Island, providing local service and support throughout your stay.

Cancellation Policy
•     More than 90 days prior to arrival: Refund of deposits paid less a $250 cancellation fee.
•     Less than 90 days prior to arrival: All deposits received are forfeited.
•     Less than 60 days prior to arrival: All monies paid toward the reservation are forfeited.
•     All cancellations must be submitted and confirmed in writing.
•     Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

"This was my 2nd time using FloridaDreamRealty ,and 2 different properties,we rented both sides of this property for our family of 8 +dog on this trip and all was perfect everything we could need was available and then some. Super clean upon arrival ,pool/hot tub were beautiful, location was great for our needs and management is always attentive and great to work with.we will definately return to one of your properties .

"THIS RENTAL HAS A GREAT LOCATION CLOSE TO THE BEACH, A NEGATIVE NOT HAVING A POOL THAT IS SO IMPORTANT BUT FAMILY RENTS NEXT DOOR AND WE SHARE THE POOL. DECOR IS VERY PRETTY UNIT WAS CLEAN EXCEPT UPSTAIRS SHOWER WAS NOT VERY CLEAN. WE HAVE RENTED THIS UNIT SEVERAL TIMES AND HAVE BEEN VERY PLEASED WITH IT OVER ALL. FLORIDA DREAMS REALITY HAS BEEN VERY FRIENDLY AND ACCOMMODATING. "The location was perfect walking distance to the beach and close to restaurants and shops. The duplex was roomie and decorated so pretty everything you need in the cabinets at your fingertips. No pool definitely a disappointment luckily our family rented the attached duplex with the pool so we were able to share the pool. Only other disappointment was no on suite master bathroom and the bathroom for second bedroom downstairs so our bathroom became the community bathroom. We really enjoyed the place!

"We can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay here! The property was clean, tastefully decorated (Pottery Barn meets Ralph Lauren!), and provided all of the amenities of home! Just steps to the beach and right across the street from shops and restaurants! Sydney and all of the management team were so nice and quick to respond to any of our questions or needs! We would recommend this lovely property to anyone who would like a convenient and comfortable stay on Holmes Beach!

"The process of booking the rental and ease of use was great, super easy and the staff of Florida Dreams Realty of AMI was great. The only thing was that we had an issue with the sink in the downstairs bathroom not draining properly and the quality of the living room furniture wasn't the greatest but not a big deal.

"Isle Haven B was the perfect place for us - a quiet street that was within walking distance of restaurants, shops and .... the beach. The beach was at the end of our street.... a 3-minute walk (maybe)!!! Isle Haven B was bright and cheery - nicely decorated - and perfect for 4 people. It was clean and had just about everything we needed -- linens, beach towels, ironing board (not that we needed that!!!), hair dryers, etc. All we needed was to bring our clothes and toiletries. It was nice to have a washer & dryer there -- we did take advantage of that.

"My husband and I (and brother- and sister-in-law) traveled from North Carolina and Ohio (respectively) for a wedding near AMI. We love Anna Maria and were delighted with our accommodations at Isle Haven (B). The location is perfect (near the Island Coffee Shop...a trolley stop...a plaza with the Sand Dollar shop and other shops...and excellent restaurants), and the actual rental property is great, too. The rental is very clean, nicely put-together, roomy, and quiet. It is the nicest place we have stayed on AMI (and we have stayed at AMI a number of times). We highly recommend it!

"what a wonderful surprise , to find such a beautiful home to stay in. Very very clean, fully furnished from beach towels to toasters and even pods for the dishwasher, all of our needs were met. Just purchasing food was all we needed to complete the stay. I love, love, loved it.
