Welcome to Coconut Bayou, a stunning 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath Key West-style retreat offering all the comforts of home in the heart of Anna Maria Island. Just a short walk from the beach and famous Pine Avenue, this beautiful property combines island charm, modern amenities, and unforgettable outdoor living.

The spacious, fully stocked kitchen features abundant natural light and everything needed to prepare family meals. Fire up the outdoor gas grill and enjoy dining inside in the large dining room or outside in the tropical Florida breeze.

Relax on the inviting front porch, soak up the sun beside the private pool, or unwind on the balcony off the spacious master suite overlooking the peaceful bayou. For water lovers, rent a kayak or paddleboard and launch directly from your private dock for an unforgettable island adventure.

House Rules & Important Information
• Residential Neighborhood – Please be respectful of our neighbors by keeping noise levels at a reasonable volume at all times, especially during evening and nighttime hours.
• Noise Policy – Excessive noise, parties, events, disruptive behavior, or any activity that disturbs neighboring properties is strictly prohibited.
• Occupancy – Only registered guests listed on the reservation may occupy the property unless prior written approval has been obtained.
• Parking – Maximum of 3 vehicles permitted on the property.
• Pet Policy – Dogs are welcome with prior approval. A pet fee of $200 per pet plus applicable taxes applies.
• No Smoking – Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the home.
• Check-In – 4:00 PM
• Check-Out – 10:00 AM
• Rental Agreement Required – A signed Florida Dreams Realty Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Arrival instructions, property access information, and door codes will not be released until the rental agreement has been signed and received.

Cancellation Policy
• More than 90 days prior to arrival: Refund of deposits paid less a $250 cancellation fee.
• Less than 90 days prior to arrival: All deposits received are forfeited.
• Less than 60 days prior to arrival: All monies paid toward the reservation are forfeited.
• All cancellations must be submitted and confirmed in writing.
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Perfect location near Pine St and beach

"Our 2nd year to stay here. Wonderful house- location perfect. Pool and hot tub are in great shape and all is very clean. Decorating is 1990’s but all is immaculate! Lots of stairs. Bed in master bedroom is very tall and you may need stool to get into it! Oven is tricky and probably needs calibrating. Kitchen well stocked.

"We were so happy with this rental! Very spacious, huge pool, and driveway was bigger than most on the island. The company was fast to respond to any questions we had and it’s dog friendly/fenced in. It’s just 1 block back from the beach which was perfect for a little quiet time and off the main road. Thank you!

"We really enjoyed this house, the style is quite quirky, but very homely. The pool was great, everything in the house worked nicely. Some things could do with being updated, especially in the kitchen. Location was great, the house has character. It would have been good to have some pillow protectors and mattress protectors or mattress topper.

"We booked this house for a family getaway, with our three children (teenage). The house was really nice, and is located about two blocks from the beach, which was easy to walk to and took no more than 5 minutes.
Unfortunately for us, a hurricane hit just off the coast from us, so we only were able to have one nice day on the beach before being confined to the house the rest of our trip because of the weather. The one day we had on the beach was fantastic though. Beach is beautiful, and the sunsets are great. The house had everything we needed, and had the weather been better we would have enjoyed being able to use the pool when we got back from the beach.

"We loved our stay on Coconut Ave. The house is located in a perfect spot-two blocks from the beach and two blocks from shops and restaurants. Kitchen was well equipped and several chairs and a wagon were provided for the beach. Floats for the pool were included as well. Would be great to provide some activities for teens such as a ping pong table or games in the very large, empty garage area like other houses in the area.

Great Location!

"We had a great time staying at Coconut Bayou! The location was excellent with close proximity to the beaches and Pine Ave. We have four children under the age of 11 and although we rented a golf cart (recommended!), it was also an easy walk to the gulf side beach with actual beach access and parking (which can be hard to find). We were also close to all the fun shops and restaurants, but far enough away that we had quiet privacy at the rental house. The house itself has rather dated decor, but is otherwise in good condition and had all the amenities we needed for our 10 day stay. The outside pool and hot tub area was great and used daily! We did have an issue the first day with heating the hot tub, but a quick call the the management company had it resolved in a very timely manner. We were impressed with their service. Overall, we had a great time at this home and I would rent it again in the future.

"Our stay at Coconut Bayou was amazing. Loved every minute. The only disappointment was that we wished we could stay longer. The house is in a great location. Only 2 blocks to the beach. . It’s very lovely and complete with everything you need. We received immediate response to any questions we had. (Although I do think added pool heat should be included in the rental cost) loved all the available beach items as it’s very difficult to travel with those larger items. Great stay. Will hopefully be back next yr.

"The house is conveniently located near the beach. The dock was perfect for our waverunner but not recommended for a boat. The kitchen was well stocked. All of mattresses should be replaced. The linen service is nice but would recommend more bath towels to avoid having to do laundry so frequently. The house does need a deep clean and some minor repairs. We definitely will return. Overall we give this vacation rental 4 stars.

"Location, clean, plenty of room and parking made Coconut Bayou a fantastic place to stay. There are a lot of stairs so if you have problems with stairs you might look else where. The only problem we had was with the swimming pool. We paid for extra heat and the pool was down for two days so water was chillier than the kids liked. Florida dreams were helpful when called but there was no one to come fix the pool at the time. We felt we had wasted some money on extra heat for the pool. Just a note: There are no working jets on the spa.
Besides the pool problems it is a lovely place to stay and has everything you need to make a wonderful vacation. Would also recommend Florida Dreams as a good rental source.

"Our trip to AMI and our stay at the Coconut Bayou was a great experience. The house was lovely and clean, and the location was great! It was a short walk to the beach and near so many restaurants and shops all within walking distance, and yet it was secluded and quiet. The house had so much space, and the pool was so inviting it was hard to pull yourself away to enjoy the beach. It was a great trip, and I’d recommend the rental to anyone.

"Had an amazing experience from start to finish , the entire house was spotless , few debris from past use but we contacted the host and they were happy to fix any issue we had which included the pool needed to be cleaned , the master bathroom shower was retaining so much water we were showering in our own water we used to bathe ourselves , but that issue was resolved the next day . We loved the outside patio area , the living room was so comfortable for the whole family very spacious. Our daughter really loved the kids bedroom she felt right at home which was a definite plus for us. We had so much space to be able to set up a nice table for my husband & daughter to celebrate their birthdays ! Overall experience 10/10 ***** 5 stars

"Our first trip to AMI was amazing. The house was amazing and it was an incredibly easy 3 minute walk to the beach or to Pine St. Our 4 children never complained about the walk to the beach. The house is stocked with beach gear, a wagon, chairs, and even floaties. We didn't need a golf but ended up renting one just for fun to try out some of the other beach locations like Bean Point.

"We love going to AMI. This house is in a great location close to the beach, restaurants & shopping. Everything was clean & well stocked---bring your own bar soap--we'd never seen such little ones left in each bathroom. One thing, if you don't do stairs well this house isn't for you.

"We had a wonderful time in Anna Maria, as always. :) This house was the perfect find for our family. "Great house and the best location on the island. Walking distance to the beach and many local restaurants. We didn't need our car once we arrived at the house. "We stayed in Coconut Bayou for half of January and February 2020. Many of you will know that the weather was not beach weather, but the layout and amentias of the house allow us to enjoy our time. The house is exceptionally well laid out and the accessories were very helpful in our stay.

"Having stayed on AMI a couple of times this was the nicest house we have had so far. The location is great - short walk to the beach as well as to the 'shopping' areas... The house is being kept in a very nice condition and was very clean - thanks to the property management team and the owner(s) who ensure everything you need for a stay is available! Think we actually were very lucky the house was available over memorial day weekend and aim at coming back! :)

"New to the rental market in Anna Maria and we are glad we found it. We were first timers to the island and it couldn't have been better. The home is in the best location! You can walk to the beach easily and you can walk to town easily too! Want to kayak a bit? Rent a kayak and go right off your dock. Tired of the beach(HOW?!) you can lay in your backyard pool. The beds were comfy, the kitchen and family had plenty of room. We couldn't be happier having stayed here. Lots of pool toys and beach toys to borrow. Plenty of beach towels as well. I highly recommend staying here.

"Coconut Bayou is a great house. Decor is dated, but its overall fabulous, space galore, we had 6 ladies and were very comfortable. House is like pictures and pool is very private. Garage is a plus in the rain. We strugghed with the decor for this or another more updated and were overall very happy. Pine Street, Beach and Restaurants all in walking distance.

"We had a wonderful week in this house. The booking process and the communication with the property management company was very easy and professional. Two questions during our stay were answered immediately via email. Everything looked exactly as shown on the internet pictures. The house and the pool were very clean and equipped with everything you need for a stay including a very good internet connection. The pool heating worked very well and is really powerful. If you need additional heating in the cold months, this should be possible in a short time. We really appreciated parking in the garage with a direct access to the house (there was heavy rainfall on our arrival day but we could keep all of our luggage dry). In the Garage we found everything you need to enjoy a full day at the beach (chairs, umbrella, a lot of beach toys and a little beach trolley). The beach is just a 3 minute walk away and absolutely beautiful. A few restaurants and locations for good ice cream are in walking distance on pine ave. We really enjoyed our stay.
