Welcome to La Vida es Bella where life truly is beautiful! Nestled within the gated Perico Bay Club community, this inviting 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo offers the perfect combination of comfort, relaxation, and resort-style amenities just minutes from the world-famous beaches of Anna Maria Island.

Inside, you'll find a bright and welcoming living space featuring a fully equipped kitchen, complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, and comfortable accommodations with a king bedroom and a queen Murphy bed, making it ideal for couples, snowbirds, or extended stays.

Spend your days lounging by one of the two heated community pools, enjoying a friendly game of tennis or shuffleboard, working out in the fitness center, or exploring nearby Robinson Preserve by bike while taking in beautiful Florida wildlife and scenic views.

Linens and beach towels are provided, so you can settle in and enjoy everything this peaceful community has to offer.

Accommodates up to 4 guests.
Minimum Stay Required: 28 Nights
Maximum Parking: 2 Vehicles

HOA Information:
• A completed HOA application and background screening are required for all reservations.
• Application fee: $150 per U.S. guest / $165 per international guest.
• Additional occupants require a $50 screening fee.

House Rules & Important Information
•     Residential Neighborhood – Please be respectful of neighbors by keeping noise levels at a reasonable volume at all times.
•     No Parties or Events – Parties and events are not permitted.
•     Quiet Hours – 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
•     Occupancy – Only registered guests listed on the reservation may occupy the property unless prior written approval has been obtained.
•     Minimum Age Requirement – Reservations are accepted only from guests 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
•     Parking – Maximum of 2 vehicles permitted.
•     No Smoking – Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the condo.
•     Check-In – 4:00 PM
•     Check-Out – 10:00 AM
•     Rental Agreement Required – A signed Florida Dreams Realty Rental Agreement is required for all reservations.
•     Professionally Managed – This property is proudly managed by Florida Dreams Realty of Anna Maria Island.

Cancellation Policy
•     More than 90 days prior to arrival: Refund of deposits paid less a $250 cancellation fee.
•     Less than 90 days prior to arrival: All deposits received are forfeited.
•     Less than 60 days prior to arrival: All monies paid toward the reservation are forfeited.
•     All cancellations must be submitted and confirmed in writing.
•     Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

"Overall we loved the place.
The location is excellent
The grounds are beautiful.
And the people are all friendly.

Two main complaints:
The master bed could use a new mattress.
The building was being painted the whole time we were there and were not told ahead of time.
