Welcome to Anna Maria Villa, a beautifully remodeled luxury vacation home located just minutes from the world-famous beaches of Anna Maria Island. Completely renovated in 2026, this stunning 4-bedroom, 3-bath ranch-style retreat offers modern comfort, upscale amenities, and plenty of space for the entire family.

Step inside and discover a bright, welcoming home designed for relaxation and entertainment. With accommodations for up to eight guests, the home features two king bedrooms, one queen bedroom, and a twin guest room. Every bedroom includes a television, and the spacious game room provides additional entertainment for guests of all ages.

Outside, you’ll find your own private oasis featuring a heated saltwater pool, covered lounge area, outdoor dining space, and a gas grill perfect for enjoying sunny Florida afternoons and evenings with family and friends.
The fully equipped kitchen with brand-new, stainless-steel appliances includes everything needed to prepare meals during your stay.
Additional conveniences include complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, a laundry room, beach chairs, beach towels, a travel crib, and a highchair for families traveling with young children.

Located in the highly desirable Northwest Bradenton area, Anna Maria Villa offers easy access to the white sandy beaches of Anna Maria Island, local restaurants, shopping, and family-friendly attractions.

Maximum Parking: 4 Vehicles

Dogs up to 35 lbs. welcome. Pet fee is $200 per pet plus applicable taxes. Maximum of 2 pets unless otherwise approved by Florida Dreams Realty.

House Rules & Important Information
• Residential Neighborhood – Please be respectful of our neighbors by keeping noise levels at a reasonable volume at all times, especially during evening and nighttime hours.
• Noise Policy – Excessive noise, parties, events, disruptive behavior, or any activity that disturbs neighboring properties is strictly prohibited.
• No Parties or Events – Parties, receptions, gatherings, and events are not permitted unless specifically approved in writing by Florida Dreams Realty.
• Quiet Hours – 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
• Minimum Age Requirement – Reservations are accepted only from guests 25 years of age or older.
• Occupancy – Only registered guests listed on the reservation may occupy the property unless prior written approval has been obtained.
• Parking – Maximum of 4 vehicles permitted on the property.
• Pet Policy – Dogs up to 35 lbs. are welcome with prior approval. A pet fee of $200 per pet plus applicable taxes applies. Maximum of 2 pets unless otherwise approved by Florida Dreams Realty.
• No Smoking – Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the home.
• Check-In – 4:00 PM
• Check-Out – 10:00 AM
• Rental Agreement Required – A signed Florida Dreams Realty Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Arrival instructions, property access information, and door codes will not be released until the rental agreement has been signed and received.

Cancellation Policy
• More than 90 days prior to arrival: Refund of deposits paid less a $250 cancellation fee.
• Less than 90 days prior to arrival: All deposits received are forfeited.
• Less than 60 days prior to arrival: All monies paid toward the reservation are forfeited.
• All cancellations must be submitted and confirmed in writing.
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

"My wife, I and our two daughters were for the second time in this beautiful house and we felt very comfortable again. The location is perfect for us, very quiet in a private residential area, but still not far from good shopping opportunities and of course from the dream beaches. "House was perfect for our family! Four comfortable beds were a welcomed amenity. Beautiful pool-water was quite cool but still enjoyed it. Kitchen was well stocked. Nice quiet neighborhood for peaceful morning walks. Had a wonderful two weeks here! Will definitely return!

"The location of this property can’t be beat. Easy trip to beach, shopping, groceries, restaurants, and other things to do. Furniture and master mattress will need an update soon. They have lost firmness. A deep cleaning would also be a huge benefit to this home. We loved the split floor plan, tvs everywhere ( a plus during March Madness), and the outside seating. A place for everyone to either chill alone or visit with others.

"This house was perfect for our 8 adult family and friends. House was clean and plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Quiet neighborhood and drive to Anna Marie Island not far. We like to check out multiple beaches so we rented umbrellas, canopies and a few chairs from “Just 4 Fun” on the island. We were in need of propane tank for grill and had a clogged bathroom sink and with one call to number we were provided, it was taken care of same day. Enjoyed our stay immensely.

"We were a group of 2 married senior couples. This spacious house was perfect for us! Decor is lovely. We especially enjoyed the beautiful pool and surrounding area with TV, furniture area and dining area Close proximity to Anna Maria Island, restaurants, grocery stores. There were a few issues with stopped or clogged drains and a faucet, but they were repaired within 24 hours by a competent, friendly, professional contractor. . Remember to provide your own toilet tissue, paper goods, and, laundry detergent!

"We had a great week at the AM Villa. With bedrooms at both ends of the house our 2 families had privacy. The neighborhood was quiet and the proximity of Robinson Nature Preserve and Desoto National Park was perfect for morning runs and exploring.
The pool and lanai furnishings were great. Mornings on the beach, home for lunch, then a swim in the 82o pool was the agenda most days.
Would have stayed longer if it was in our budget

"The house is as expected. Very well stocked, clean and roomy. Close to everything. Beach was a bit of a drive, but close enough to get to easily. Shopping and restaurants close by. Mainly cooked out and ate on the deck/patio by the pool.
Contact with the property manager was flawless and got replies timely.
I would recommend this house and would rebook if coming to the area again. I wish it had 5 bedrooms for my family to stay together.

Perfect Girls Trip Accommodations

"We arrived just after hurricane Ian and appreciated the quick response when phones were down to understand that the property was ready for our arrival. Location was a quick trip to Anna Maria island for beach in the morning and loved returning to the pool in the afternoon. Number of beds and baths worked great for our party of 6 women. Would definitely stay here again.

"The house was very clean and bed were comfortable. The pool was a nice size and heated enough for us (locals may find it a bit cool). Due to the time of year, the pool is shaded most of the day, which was good for us but know that some folks may want a more sunnier pool. Overall, we loved the property and will return if available (unfortunately looks like spring is booked).

"House was just right for the 6 of us. The neighborhood was in a decent area and the inside of house was updated and well maintained. There was a sewer smell sometimes in front of house, but did not affect our stay as we were mainly inside or in the pool area. We had one problem while there, but we called the realty company and they addressed it right away....very good service! The location was perfect for us and quite close to airport. Enjoyed walking the Desota Preserve right down street. Would stay here again.

Perfect getaway

"Everything about the house was perfect. It’s in a quiet community, close to stores, restaurants and more importantly, beaches! The house itself was very clean and beautifully decorated, with very comfy beds, and everything you could need for your stay, with the exception of food of course. The pool was the perfect spot to be when we weren’t on the go, and there is a perfect enclosed grass area for anyone traveling with a dog.

"The Anna Maria Villa was perfect for our family of four. The villa was clean, well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. We also really loved the location that was a short drive to the island and De Soto National Park is a hidden gem that's right up the street. We enjoyed walking our dog there every day. I highly recommend this villa if you are looking for a spacious place to stay that's not on the island.

"We had a great vacation stay at the Anna Maria Villa in Bradenton.. House was exceptionally clean and was a gorgeous home.. Large pool was great and the fenced in yard was a plus for our dogs..
