Description
Welcome to Kim's Palm Cottage, a charming ranch-style retreat nestled in Bradenton's sought-after Village Green neighborhood. Just a short drive from the beautiful beaches of Anna Maria Island, this cozy home is the perfect destination for families, couples, and friends looking to enjoy Florida's Gulf Coast.

Designed with comfort in mind, the split floor plan features a king primary suite with a private ensuite shower, a queen guest bedroom, and a twin bedroom that shares a full bath with a tub/shower combination. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, both a Keurig and drip coffee maker, and everything needed to prepare meals with ease.

Spend your days relaxing beside the private heated pool, soaking up the Florida sunshine, or grilling dinner while enjoying the outdoor seating area. Families will appreciate thoughtful extras including a highchair, travel crib, and board games, while complimentary Wi-Fi, beach chairs, beach towels, linens, and towels make packing light easy.

Accommodates up to 6 guests.

Dogs welcome. Pet fee is $200 per pet plus applicable taxes. Maximum of 2 pets unless otherwise approved by Florida Dreams Realty.

•     Residential Neighborhood – You are vacationing in a residential neighborhood. Please be respectful of our neighbors by keeping noise levels at a reasonable volume at all times. Excessive noise, disruptive behavior, or any activity that disturbs neighboring properties is strictly prohibited.
•     No Parties or Events – Parties, receptions, gatherings, and events are not permitted unless specifically approved in writing by Florida Dreams Realty.
•     Quiet Hours – 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
•     Occupancy – Only registered guests listed on the reservation may occupy the property unless prior written approval has been obtained.
•     Minimum Age Requirement – Reservations are accepted only from guests 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
•     Pet Policy – Dogs welcome. Pet fee is $200 per pet plus applicable taxes. Maximum of 2 pets unless otherwise approved by Florida Dreams Realty.
•     No Smoking – Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the home.
•     Check-In – 4:00 PM
•     Check-Out – 10:00 AM
•     Rental Agreement Required – A signed Florida Dreams Realty Rental Agreement is required for all reservations.

Cancellation Policy
•     More than 90 days prior to arrival: Refund of deposits paid less a $250 cancellation fee.

4 Weeks stay in a nice Neighborhood

"We had a fantastic stay in this cozy vacation home in a beautiful, peaceful Florida neighborhood. The location is excellent – just a short drive to the stunning beaches of Anna Maria Island, perfect for relaxed island vibes and gorgeous sunsets.
The house offers three spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms and classic American-style furnishings. Everything we needed was provided: a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, plenty of towels and linens. The owners clearly put heart into it – lovely personal touches and decorations made it feel warm and welcoming.
While not brand new or ultra-modern, the house is very well-maintained, clean and full of charm. We felt right at home immediately and enjoyed our vacation tremendously.
Thank you to the hosts for the great communication and hospitality – we’d love to come back! Highly recommended for anyone wanting a comfortable, authentic stay close to Anna Maria Island.

Really great holiday

"The house looks exactly like in the pictures. The pool is top class, as you really have sun and shade from morning to evening at this pool. It is purely residential area, you come directly from the garage into the house, the kitchen is excessively well equipped and there is really nothing missing. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms and in the middle of the house is the large living and dining area. The house is simply a dream. The interior is completely functional, the built-in wardrobes offer enough storage space, in the garage there is a washing machine and a dryer, everything is quite new and really good. The beach is a few minutes away by car, the house even has chairs and umbrellas for the beach, which can be used. The leisure activities that the landlord recommended to us are all really great! An absolute dream accommodation. We would love to come back.

"We immediately felt at home in Kim's Palm Cottage. The outdoor area is super nicely put together with plants, beautiful green grass and amazing palm trees. The palm trees are beautifully illuminated when you come to the house in the dark in the evening. The pool area is well divided so that you can relax in the sun while the children play in the large enough pool. There is a covered area for chilling out in the evening or dining outside at the BBQ grill. The ceiling fan also makes sitting outside very bearable in the summer months. The grill is new and we have used it a lot. The three bedrooms are a good size so you don't feel cramped. All bedrooms have great built-in closets that offer enough space for everything you brought with you or bought here. The "master bedroom" even has 2 built-in closets on the way to the bathroom. This is a really great solution and makes the area a real gem for the parents. The master bedroom bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. The bathroom in the area of the other rooms, nanny and kids, has a bathtub, which really helps to free the kids from the sand after the beach :-) A washbasin and a toilet are of course also available. In the large bedroom and in the “nanny bedroom” there are TVs that offer a great variety of programs to be able to watch before going to bed. In the spacious living room there is a large and comfortable couch with partially extendable leg rests. You can really “hang out” while watching TV in the living room. The integrated dining area has a sufficiently large table for everyone who can stay in the house. Everything is very neat and clean and the pictures and accessories make a great “beach atmosphere”. We felt very comfortable !! The kitchen has everything you need for a holiday and more. A great oven and stove are just as available as a huge microwave. Glasses, cups, cutlery and crockery are more than adequate. There is also a new coffee machine and an espresso machine. The kitchen offers plenty of space to “cut” and prepare. The garage directly attached to the kitchen is just huge. there you can wash and dry with easy-to-use equipment. All beach utensils such as chairs, umbrellas, children's toys are also available and do not need to be purchased separately. The beach is about 12 minutes away and a real dream. You don't have to go to the Caribbean. Anna Maria Island and Cortez Beach are just a dream. The house is perfectly located between the beach and shops such as Walmart, Winn Dixie, Publix and and and. Burger King, Five Guys (you have to have been there!!!) and Mc Donalds can also be reached in 4 minutes by car. Kim's Cottage is in a nice residential area with super nice neighbors who always say hello and are very friendly. If there had been 10 stars, we would have given them. Just a great vacation home. We love it and will definitely be back!! Und jetzt in deutsch :-) : Wir haben uns in “Kim´s Palm Cottage” sofort super wohlgefühlt. Im großzügig gebauten Wohnzimmer ist eine große und bequeme Couch mit teilweise ausziehbaren Beinauflagen. Da kann man beim fernsehen im Wohnzimmer echt schön “abhängen”. Der integrierte Essbereich hat einen ausreichend großen Tisch für alle, die im Haus übernachten können. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und sauber und die Bilder und Accessoires machen eine tolle “Beach-Atmosphäre”. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt !! Die Küche hat alles was man für den Urlaub braucht und noch mehr. Ein toller Backofen und Herd sind eben so vorhanden wir eine riesige Mikrowelle. Gläser, Tasse, Besteck und Geschirr ist mehr als ausreichend vorhanden. Auch eine neue Kaffeemaschine und ein Espresso-Automat sind dabei. Die Küche bietet viel Stellfläche um zu “Schnibbeln” und vorzubereiten. Die an die Küche direkt angeschlossene Garage ist einfach nur riesig. dort kann man Waschen und trocknen mit einfach zu bedienenden Geräten. Auch alle Strandutensilien wie Stühle, Schirme, Kinderspielsachen sind vorhanden und brauchen nicht zusätzlich erworben werden. Der Strand ist ca. 12 Minuten entfernt und ein wahrer Traum. Man muss nicht in die Karibik. Anna Maria Island und Cortez Beach sind einfach ein Traum. Das Haus liegt perfekt gelegen zwischen Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Walmart, Winn Dixie, Publix und und und. Auch sind Burger King, Five Guys ( da muss man gewesen sein !!!) und Mc Donalds sind in 4 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Kim´s Cottage liegt in einer schönen Wohngegend mit super netten Nachbarn, die immer grüßen und sehr freundlich sind. Wenn es 10 Sterne gegeben hätte, hätten wir die gegeben. Einfach ein tolles Ferienhaus. Wir lieben es und kommen definitiv wieder!!

"Wir haben uns in “Kim´s Palm Cottage” sofort super wohlgefühlt. Der Außenbereich ist super schön mit Pflanzen, schönem grünen Gras und tollen Palmen zusammengestellt. Die Palmen werden wenn man am Abend im dunkeln zum Haus kommt, wunderschön angestrahlt. Der Poolbereich ist toll untergliedert, so dass man in der Sonne relaxen kann, während die Kinder im ausreichend großen Pool spielen können. Es gibt einen überdachten Bereich zum Chillen am Abend oder zum draussen essen beim BBQ Grill einlädt. Der Deckenventilator macht auch das Sitzen im freien in den Sommermonaten sehr erträglich. Der Grill ist neu und wir haben ihn oft benutzt. Die drei Schlafzimmer haben eine schöne Größe, so dass man sich nicht beengt fühlt. Alle Schlafzimmer haben tolle Einbauschränke, die ausreichend Platz für alles bieten was man mitgebracht hat, oder auch hier kauft. Das “Masterbedroom” hat sogar 2 Einbauschränke auf dem Weg zum Bad. "The house was absolutely perfect. Affordable, Spacious, Clean, very well equipped with nice furnishings, beautifully decorated. The pictures don't do it justice. The property management company was very nice and provided excellent customer service. The owners have thought of everything, dishes/cookware, pool toys for the kids, floats, beach equipment, even a cooler and umbrella. Charming, quite and friendly neighborhood, no heavy traffic. Easy access to grocery stores and Anna Maria Island. The Pool was very nice and clean, larger than expected. We spent most of our evenings dinning outside and sitting around the patio table. The outdoor pool area provides a nice tranquil atmosphere. Our days were spent on Anna Maria Island and the kids loved exploring the island and looking for sand dollars and marine life. If your looking for a fun excursion with the family, check out Coastline Dolphin & Snorkeling Excursions, short drive from the property. Capitan Casey was great! We explored the underwater ruins at Egmont Key, saw the lighthouse, the kids got to see manatees and dolphins. Dinner at The Sandbar Seafood and Spirits restaurant was very nice. We have stayed in several VRBO's over the years and this is one of the BEST! We will be back!!

"This home is exaclty as listed! There were no surprises other than it was better than expected! Furniture and beds were nice and comfortable,pool was clean and refreshing, kitchen was loaded with everything we needed for cooking and we were just a few miles from AMI! Florida Dreams staff were friendly and easy to work with. Thanks Kim's Palm Cottage for an amazing vacation, we will be back!

"This house had everything we needed for a memorable vacation! We loved the screened in pool area and the family room was large and open, we never felt crowed. Can't say enough about the FDR Staff...5 star!
