Description
Welcome to Endless Summer, a luxurious tropical retreat located in the sought-after Northwest Bradenton area. Just minutes from the beautiful beaches and sunsets of Anna Maria Island, this spacious home offers the perfect combination of comfort, style, and convenience for families and groups.

Designed for relaxation, the bright open-concept layout features French doors overlooking the private heated pool and patio, creating seamless indoor and outdoor living. The beautifully appointed kitchen offers marble countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay.

The home comfortably accommodates up to nine guests with three king bedrooms, a twin bed, and a twin trundle bunkbed. The spacious primary suite features two closets, a large TV, and a private ensuite bathroom complete with a soaking tub and separate shower. There are two other full bathrooms, one is in the hallway by the guest bedrooms and the other is outside by the pool, it has a shower and a toilet.

Spend your days exploring nearby Anna Maria Island, Robinson Preserve, and De Soto National Memorial, then return home to enjoy the private pool and tropical surroundings. Complimentary high-speed Wi‑Fi, five televisions, beach towels, and all the comforts of home are provided for a stress-free getaway.

Dogs up to 40 lbs. welcome. Pet fee is $200 per pet plus applicable taxes. Maximum of 2 pets unless otherwise approved

House Rules & Important Information
• Residential Neighborhood – You are vacationing in a residential neighborhood. Please be respectful of our neighbors by keeping noise levels at a reasonable volume at all times. Excessive noise, disruptive behavior, or any activity that disturbs neighboring properties is strictly prohibited.
• No Parties or Events – Parties, receptions, gatherings, and events are not permitted unless specifically approved in writing by Florida Dreams Realty.
• Quiet Hours – 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• Occupancy – Only registered guests listed on the reservation may occupy the property unless prior written approval has been obtained.
• Minimum Age Requirement – Reservations are accepted only from guests 25 years of age or older. Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian staying at the property for the duration of the reservation.
• Parking – Maximum of 2 vehicles permitted on the property.
• Pet Policy – Dogs up to 40 lbs. welcome. Pet fee is $200 per pet plus applicable taxes. Maximum of 2 pets unless otherwise approved by Florida Dreams Realty.
• No Smoking – Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the home.
• Check-In – 4:00 PM
• Check-Out – 10:00 AM
• Rental Agreement Required – A signed Florida Dreams Realty Rental Agreement is required for all reservations.

Cancellation Policy
•     More than 90 days prior to arrival: Refund of deposits paid less a $250 cancellation fee.
•     Less than 90 days prior to arrival: All deposits received are forfeited.
•     Less than 60 days prior to arrival: All monies paid toward the reservation are forfeited.
•     All cancellations must be submitted and confirmed in writing.
•     Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

"We thought the place was great and clean. We received a brand new grill when we got there. We had a few small issues, but the team took care of them right away. Overall great place. I would say that in the near future that the patio furniture should be upgraded with some new cushions for the couch and the loungers should just be replaced.

"I had a great time in this house.loved the location.This was my second year staying there and coming back next year for two months.
I would say the condition of the house was good.I would have liked to have had the kitchen stocked better pots;serving dishes;.most of those things were old and some broken and not enough of.
While the Grill was usable the starter is broken the temperature gauge is broke.
All in all I’m looking foward to next year at Endless Summer.

"This vacation home was very nice and spacious. We loved the large pool and backyard/patio area. Interior of home was lovely. Kitchen was great but could use some new pots and pans. Location was good in proximity to the island, grocery stores and restaurants.

"Outstanding experience! Best customer service I have ever received from a vacation rental company! The team was always patient, personable and engaging when I spoke with them. The home was exactly as described and beautifully decorated. The layout was awesome and there was plenty of space for our family of 8. The pool bath was a huge plus! The location suited our needs very well (we have family in the area), and it was convenient to the beaches AMI. The neighborhood was quiet and perfect for morning walks!

"We were in the house for 2 weeks.
From the beginning we were totally thrilled.
Inside totally modern and beautifully furnished and the garden with the large pool is just a dream.
Here you can enjoy the sun and cool off at hot temperatures in the pool.

"This place is absolutely gorgeous. We walked into perfection. It was clean, the pool was crystal clear. The whole place was very inviting. The neighborhood was good. The only negative thing I can say is the grill, for me, was not cleaned well enough. I would not use it. We will rent this house again!! We had 5 adults and 3 kids with plenty of room.

"We had a fantastic, relaxing vacation. Entry into the house was easy. Anything you needed to enjoy the house, pool, and even the beach were provided. We were surprised to see a high chair, floats that were inflated, and beach chairs/umbrellas (which needed replacing) were provided. There were plenty of bath towels too. The rooms were all spacious. I would highly recommend this house.

"It was amazing, everything was clean and very well organized. My one issue was with the garbage, the trash was never brought out to the curb when we arrived from in which I would imagine from the previous renter. We couldn’t put the garbage out as well cause it was a holiday, the garage had a bad odor to it. That being said small road bump, highly recommend this 4 bedrooms and very spacious house.

"This property had a magnificent layout including the pool, kitchen and outdoor bathroom. There were a few negatives. One of the bedrooms kept having tv and internet issues for the duration of the stay and the staff did little to nothing to fix the situation. When we moved the ottoman, there were children toys under there as if it werent cleaned. (Dont get me wrong, I believe they cleaned, and they staged the home to be very welcoming). The neighborhood, the proximity to local restaurants, beach and the nature perserve outweighed the negatives. Overall 4/5 and would definitely rent again.
