Welcome to Gulf Winds B, a beautifully updated island retreat tucked away on a peaceful street in Holmes Beach. Just a short walk from the sugar-white beaches of Anna Maria Island, this charming 2-bedroom, 2-bath home offers everything needed for a relaxing coastal getaway.

Enjoy your morning coffee on the inviting front porch, spend the day at the beach, and return home to enjoy dinner outdoors with the gas grill and shaded patio seating. With convenient beach access through North Beach Village, you'll be enjoying island life within minutes of stepping outside.

Inside, you'll find a completely remodeled interior featuring comfortable furnishings, updated appliances, complimentary Wi‑Fi, and all the comforts of home. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, while the guest bedroom offers a queen bed, making this home ideal for couples, small families, or friends traveling together.

The Holmes Beach Dog Park, free Island Trolley stop, restaurants, shops, and local attractions are all nearby, making it easy to explore the island without needing to drive everywhere.

Traveling with extended family or friends? Florida Dreams Realty also manages neighboring Gulf Winds A. When available, both homes can be rented together, providing additional space while keeping everyone close by.

House Rules & Important Information
•     Residential Neighborhood – You are vacationing in a residential neighborhood. Please be respectful of our neighbors by keeping noise levels at a reasonable volume at all times. Excessive noise, disruptive behavior, or any activity that disturbs neighboring properties is strictly prohibited.
•     No Parties or Events – Parties, receptions, gatherings, and events are not permitted unless specifically approved in writing by Florida Dreams Realty.
•     Quiet Hours – 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
•     Occupancy – Only registered guests listed on the reservation may occupy the property unless prior written approval has been obtained.
•     Minimum Age Requirement – Reservations are accepted only from guests 25 years of age or older.
•     Parking – Maximum of 2 vehicles permitted on the property.
•     Pet Policy – Dogs up to 25 lbs. welcome. Pet fee is $200 per pet plus applicable taxes. Maximum of 2 pets unless otherwise approved by Florida Dreams Realty.
•     No Smoking – Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the home.
•     Check-In – 4:00 PM
•     Check-Out – 10:00 AM
•     Rental Agreement Required – A signed Florida Dreams Realty Rental Agreement is required for all reservations.

Cancellation Policy
•     More than 90 days prior to arrival: Refund of deposits paid less a $250 cancellation fee.
•     Less than 90 days prior to arrival: All deposits received are forfeited.
•     Less than 60 days prior to arrival: All monies paid toward the reservation are forfeited.
•     All cancellations must be submitted and confirmed in writing.
•     Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Great place for getting away from the snow

"This rental is a wonderful 2 bedroom 2 bath half of a single level duplex. The screened in back porch is our favorite part of the rental. The kitchen and living area is quite small so having 4 people staying there for more than a few days would get a little tight. It is about a 10 minute walk to the beach. Our interactions with the people at Florida Dreams were excellent.

"This is our 2nd year renting Gulf Winds B. We love everything about it! Perfect size for the two of us and has everything we need. Also the rental company is amazing to deal with. We arrived late on Friday to AC not working, a quick email and someone was there within 30 minutes and got it going in an hour! I will continue to rent from here in the future.

PARADISE!

"My husband and I stayed in Gulf Winds Unit B for 5 weeks in January and February. The rental was perfect for us. The first thing I noticed when entering was how clean and well maintained the property was. The Master BR is a nice size with doors leading to the lanai. What a lovely, secluded area to relax. Comfortable chairs and gas grill complete the area. The kitchen is compact but fully functional for cooking. The location is an easy 4-5 blocks from the beach. You are also close to the free island trolley that you can ride to each end of the island. The unit has a washer and dryer, beach cart and chairs. The front porch is also great for relaxing. It was such a pleasure working with the Prop Mngmt company, especially Misty. You will not be disappointed with this rental and location. Remember to walk to Duffy's bar for their bacon cheeseburger (cash only). Can't wait to return for another 5 weeks next year.

Awesome place and customer service

"Pictures do not do this place justice. It is awesome and had everything we needed and perfect space for two of us. Rental company was great, even allowed us to check in a couple hours earlier than normal check in. We are already looking at booking for next year's trip and many more to come. Bed was very comfy and I wanted to take it home with me. Thank you for an amazing stay and the great customer service.

"We absolutely loved this place! It was plenty big enough for me and my husband, had everything we could have needed for our stay. And very clean. Just as described. The bed was very comfortable, to the point I wanted the same mattress for my house. Only thing, the coffee table had a nail on top that had popped up, but not a deal breaker by any means. Already looking into booking for next year's trip.

"This was a great place for my husband and I. Very clean and had everything we needed to make our week even better. The rental company is awesome to deal with, very responsive and even allowed us to check in a little bit earlier, and when we arrived at the place, about 1:15, the owner was coming out and allowed us to go on in, we were willing to just sit in the car in AC till 2pm. He, the owner, was very welcoming. We will be renting this place again for our next years trips to AMI. Thank you for a great place to stay!!
