Welcome to Harborside, a gorgeous canal front home located in Holmes Beach. This is where you’ll want to be for your next island getaway! Featuring 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, this beautiful property is decorated in bright coastal hues that provide a welcoming place to relax with your family and friends. Spacious bedrooms make this waterfront 2-story home ideal for traveling with a larger group of up to 10 guests. Amenities include a heated pool, outdoor shower, BBQ Grill, and a private 16ft dock that’s great for fishing, for keeping your boat tied and ready for its next adventure or for simply relaxing while watching the gentle manatees play. From sunrise to sunset you’ll love having the best of both worlds with a canal in your backyard oasis and the most turquoise Gulf beaches just 2 blocks away.

Inside the home features an open concept where you can kick back, unwind, and set the clocks to island time. The updated kitchen is stocked with all the necessities: stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, and a breakfast bar w/ stools has ample counter space for your family chef to utilize. Entertain your guests with the large dining table to the cushy sofa seating in the living room. Then recharge in luxurious comfort with ultra premium bedding in one of the five bedroom options. Wake to begin your vacation days by taking in the calm bay waters from your screened porch located just off of the dining area as you sip your morning coffee.

On the first floor you will find your master suite with a King bed, an ensuite bath that features a soaking tub and walk-in shower. Two more bedrooms are located on the ground floor which are styled with a Queen bed and the other with a Twin over Full bunk/Twin trundle and a Twin over Twin/Twin trundle which is great for the younger crew to resort to for a nightly pajama party. On the second level you have two more bedrooms one featuring a King bed and the last bedroom has a Twin w/ a Twin trundle.

To accommodate the newest of traverlors a pack-n-play and high chair have been provided!

This home features a 8,000 pound boat lift, guests are welcome to use once a boat lift addendum form is signed and a $100 fee is collected. Max vessel size: 25ft.

"We had plenty of room for our family of 9. The home is well equipped, comfortably furnished and in a great location. The screened in porch was perfect for morning coffee and after dinner conversation. We have already booked for next summer.

Perfect family vacation rental

"None of us, ages 2 - 62, had an enjoyable, relaxing beach vacation. We had enough room to gather and scatter. I loved mornings and evenings on the screened porch, my grandkids loved the pool and the manatee visits, we all loved the close proximity to the beach. My only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer.

The Best of Both Worlds

"We have vacationed at AMI for the past 10 years and this was our first rental on a harbor. We thoroughly enjoyed the sunrise and watching the manatee play in the harbor each day and then a quick walk the other direction brought us the sandy beach where we spend the afternoon and evening. The house was well stocked and open for our large group. The kids enjoyed the pool after a day at the beach and we all enjoyed resting on the dock. Thank you for opening your home and allowing us to add to our yearly beach vacation memories.

"Rental was great! There was plenty of space for 3 families. Kitchen was very well equipped. Outdoor setup was awesome and screen room was perfect place for morning coffee. House was clean and although bathrooms were older they had a charming beach feel. Manatees were out off the dock the entire week. They would get really close and play. They were so fun to watch and we passed hours out there watching them. They were truly the highlight of the week. Couple more t negatives if you call them that. Upstairs shower was really slippery so we bought a bath mat for the shower because we had someone fall. Also one of the outdoor lounges had a broken wheel. Both very simple fixes. I would definitely stay here again!

Great house and location for our party of six.

"The house was very clean, attractively decorated and well stocked. There were six of us but plenty of room for more. Large rooms and open spaces. Comfortable beds. The outdoor areas including pool were perfect. Plenty of beach supplies provided and the location was close to beach, trolley stop (outside our front door), grocery, Catholic Church, restaurants. No complaints here!

"We have been coming to AMI for 20 years. Every July. This is the 2nd year in this particular house! We have again enjoyed our stay here at Harborside. It's perfect for us when we bring our boat. Convenient location for boating and walking to the beach. Soak it in, cause time goes by way too fast. Florida Dreams Realty has been great to work with. We had just a minor issue and they fixed it right away. I would definitely recommend renting from this company. And we will definitely be back again next year. If y'all will have us!
