Description
Welcome to San Remo Paradise, a beautiful waterfront retreat nestled along a deep saltwater canal in the sought-after San Remo Shores neighborhood. Designed for boating enthusiasts and families alike, this spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath home offers the perfect setting for an unforgettable Florida getaway.

The bright open living and dining areas provide plenty of space to gather, while the enclosed Florida sunroom is the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee, challenge the family to a game of ping pong, or simply relax while taking in peaceful canal views.

The home comfortably accommodates up to eight guests with two king bedrooms and a third bedroom featuring two twin trundle beds. The primary suite offers a luxurious ensuite bathroom complete with double sinks and a relaxing jacuzzi tub/shower combination.

Step outside to your private backyard oasis where you'll find a heated pool, waterfront patio, and private dock with space for a boat up to 25 feet. Spend your days cruising the waterways, fishing from the dock, or simply watching manatees glide through the canal.

Maximum Parking: 3 Vehicles

Small dogs welcome. Pet fee is $200 per pet plus applicable taxes. Maximum of 2 pets unless otherwise approved by Florida Dreams Realty.

House Rules & Important Information
•     Residential Neighborhood – You are vacationing in a residential neighborhood. Please be respectful of our neighbors by keeping noise levels at a reasonable volume at all times. Excessive noise, disruptive behavior, or any activity that disturbs neighboring properties is strictly prohibited.
•     No Parties or Events – Parties, receptions, gatherings, and events are not permitted unless specifically approved in writing by Florida Dreams Realty.
•     Quiet Hours – 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
•     Occupancy – Only registered guests listed on the reservation may occupy the property unless prior written approval has been obtained.
•     Minimum Age Requirement – Reservations are accepted only from guests 25 years of age or older. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
•     Parking – Maximum of 3 vehicles permitted on the property.
•     Pet Policy – Small dogs welcome. Pet fee is $200 per pet plus applicable taxes. Maximum of 2 pets unless otherwise approved by Florida Dreams Realty.
•     No Smoking – Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the home.
•     Check-In – 4:00 PM
•     Check-Out – 10:00 AM
•     Rental Agreement Required – A signed Florida Dreams Realty Rental Agreement is required for all reservations.

Cancellation Policy
•     More than 90 days prior to arrival: Refund of deposits paid less a $250 cancellation fee.
•     Less than 90 days prior to arrival: All deposits received are forfeited.
•     Less than 60 days prior to arrival: All monies paid toward the reservation are forfeited.
•     All cancellations must be submitted and confirmed in writing.
•    Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Exceptional location

"This location is fabulous! A quick trip to all of our favorite beaches, restaurants, and sites. The setting is quiet and relaxing. Some future opportunities to make the home exceptional would be updated sofas in living room and mattress refresh. The home is well stocked for all your needs. We loved this home and plan to rent again.

"We had a wonderful time!! Location is great-easy to get around & close to wonderful local restaurants. Close to bridge to go over to island-very convenient. Neighborhood quiet & very nice.House was very clean & spacious. Loved everything on one level & pull up circle drive. Our favorite was the glassed-in sunroom & heated private pool. Realty company was very responsive & quick to solve any questions/concerns.
Can’t wait to come back!!

"We had a wonderful and relaxing holiday in your holiday home. Everything was very clean and lovingly furnished. We especially liked the large green garden with barbecue facilities, the quiet location, and the proximity to the beach. We felt completely at home and would love to come back!
