It’s a very small operation, specializing in homemade mozzarella and a fine selection of pasta dishes. Café di Lorenzo in Cortez is one of the best restaurants with baked ziti. You can also order seafood and pizza, making it a nice triple-threat for food lovers.
If you need pizza, check out Solo’s. It’s quiet and comfortable. Pizza comes in baskets and beer in glasses. Solo’s is a welcoming alternative to the fine Italian establishments on the island. It is also a really welcome place to take the kids.
